The weather is warming up, and we are entering the heart of graduation season—a time defined by new beginnings, milestone achievements, and families looking toward the future. Just as graduates prepare to embark on their next big chapters, my mission is to ensure that those in our community have a solid foundation and the protection they need to pursue their dreams with confidence.

Rooted in relationships

My approach to insurance is deeply influenced by my roots in a small town in Iowa, where "everybody knows everybody" and relationships are the cornerstone of daily life. Growing up, I was heavily involved in softball and basketball. My coach, who was also a State Farm agent, became one of the most influential figures in my life. Seeing the impact he had on our community laid the blueprint for my own career. That early exposure—combined with being a lifelong State Farm customer myself—drove me to follow in those footsteps and serve others with the same dedication.

My professional journey with the brand reached a pivotal milestone in 2016 when I entered the Agent Aspirant program, a rigorous path that prepared me to lead with integrity and expertise. Since opening the Alicia Scott State Farm Insurance Agency, our team has remained committed to a high standard of service. We are proud to have earned a place in State Farm’s Honor Club and Ambassador Club every year since our inception—achievements that reflect our unwavering consistency and the confidence our policyholders place in us.
